SALARIED POSITIONS Supplier Quality Engineer Reyco Granning LLC has an opening for a Supplier Quality Engineer in the Mt. Vernon, MO facility. This position reports to the Quality Manager. This position will administer and act as liaison for supplier quality programs, coordinate supplier corrective action requirements, and provide indicators of supplier performance to management. Requires a BS degree in Engineering or Quality or related fields. Candidate must possess computer literacy, knowledge of GD&T and SPC, ability to read blueprints, ability to understand customer requirements, good problem solving skills, ability to analyze and interpret quantitative data, excellent oral and written communication skills, and un understanding of vendor relationships including the supplier process is required. Position will remain open until filled. Project/Sr. Project Engineer Reyco Granning LLC has an opening for a Project/Sr. Project engineer in the Mt. Vernon, MO facility. This position is assigned to the Powered Vehicles Value Stream and is primarily responsible for suspension designs in support of product development, documentation and testing. Develops and administers installation and maintenance manuals. Works with suppliers, manufacturing and customers to ensure design meets reliability, manufacturability and cost constraints. This position requires a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and two to five years' experience, preferably in heavy duty suspension design, 3D modeling experience (preferably SolidWorks), FEA analysis, and hands on experience with prototypes. Position will remain open until filled. Manufacturing Engineer Reyco Granning LLC has an opening for a Manufacturing Engineer in the Mt. Vernon, MO facility. This position reports to the Manufacturing Engineering department and is primarily responsible for driving cost reduction through effective project management designed to optimize the manufacturing unit; identifying process improvements and providing detailed plans for implementation; designing processes and tooling/fixturing for new and improved processes; documenting Standard Work for each implementation; leading process improvement activities on the manufacturing floor; and using statistical analysis tools as required to determine sequence of efforts and consequential payback. This position requires a BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology or similar technical degree. Additional requirements include: a demonstrated history of successful project/program management, and a passion for continual improvement. Must be a technical problem solver who enjoys working with and training small to large groups. Position will remain open until filled. PLANT POSITIONS No openings at this time.
